Confusion Off-Water

Match racing will certainly be held in a few hours as weather forecasts indicate winds within the upper limits allowed.

But everything seems confused in the legal quarters. To the point that news feeds are contradictory.

The Arbitration Panel has finished hearing witnesses and has starting deliberations. But they have not set time limits on their task. Worse, it seems that they are willing to accomodate their individual schedules as non New Zealanders are scheduled to leave the country. So much for dedication.

Then the international jury is scheduled to meet Monday evening and will make their decision taking into account the Arbitration panel's findings... who may already be sipping scotch in a first class cabin without having made a decision.

Oh, dear. The confusion on board of Luna Rossa in the previous Cup edition was child's play next to this.
